This work is a matte mixed media photograph, captured on medium format film from Iona Beach, Richmond.

Accent colours include Earth tones, greens and silver leaf. Created in 2024

The surface is sealed with a clear, cold wax that gives the piece a soft, matte finish. This technique adds a subtle texture and quiet depth to the work.

This is the classic finish I've used in my mixed media pieces.
